BIOGRAPHY
Catherine has directed over 75 productions during her 13 years teaching in urban public schools. She has an MFA in Directing from Middlesex University and a Diploma in Arts Management from Birkbeck University in London. Since 2006, she has worked extensively with at-risk youth on issue-based theatre, playwriting, adaptation and Shakespeare in the schools. In 2019, she had the honor of training with the education team at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre.

Catherine's professional directing credits include Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo (Kranzberg Center-Black Mirror), Land of Opportunity (Public Works-London's Tabard Theatre), Time After Time (London's Soho Rep), The Lord of the Flies (Dallas Children’s Theater), Lower Ninth (Bath House Cultural Center) and Frankie and Johnnie in the Clair de Lune (Dallas Hub Theater).
